Talent Acquisition Sr Associate

Organization Overview :
  • Responsibilities:

The HR Recruiter is a full-cycle recruiter and a partner for the business, involved from job requisition and requirements design to final hiring decisions.

  • Gather requirements from the business and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Administer assessment tools and interpret insights for the business.
  • Collaborate with the HRS in Cork to monitor and provide feedback on employee experience.
  • Coordinate with the People Strategy team on induction schedules, strategies, and feedback.
  • Conduct wrap-up meetings with hiring teams to facilitate hiring decisions and share information with HR and People Strategy teams for talent assessment.
  • Manage relationships with academic institutions for recruiting purposes.
  • Participate in business school events and external initiatives to attract talent.
  • Provide reports on hiring timelines, cycle times, and key observations to HR and People Strategy teams.
  • Engage with the Global TA community and related projects.
Basic Requirements :
  • University Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, specifically in recruiting.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Additional Skills / Preferences :
  • Previous experience in recruitment or other HR areas.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, analyze data, understand business needs, and own interview processes.
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes in Workday is a plus.
