Remote work is offered, but candidates must be located in Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, or Veneto, Italy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across our European and US offices, supporting hiring managers in defining requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributions to employer branding initiatives and early talent projects.
