The role supports hiring managers in defining job needs, sourcing candidates, and enhancing candidate experiences. Candidates should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience and a degree in a relevant field. This position is remote but eligible only for candidates based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, and Veneto, Italy.
