You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our Sales teams across Italy , ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top local talent. You will focus on both on-site and online recruitment , leveraging your market knowledge to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment cycle, predominantly for the Sales roles including Consultants across our French locations
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, events, direct search)
  • Build and maintain a strong network of local candidates and partners
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Organize and participate in local recruitment events and job fairs
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up to date with local employment trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks

This role is perfect for you if you have :

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a similar industry, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of the French labor market and talent pools
  • Proven track record of recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
