About the role:

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our Sales teams across Italy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top local talent. You will focus on both on-site and online recruitment, leveraging your market knowledge to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you’ll do:
  1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, primarily for Sales roles including Consultants across our French locations.
  2. Proactively source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, events, direct search).
  3. Build and maintain a strong network of local candidates and partners.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  5. Organize and participate in local recruitment events and job fairs.
  6. Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  7. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Stay up to date with local employment trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a similar industry, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment.
  2. Strong understanding of the French labor market and talent pools.
  3. Proven track record of recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles.
  4. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  7. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
