A global technology company is seeking new graduates for a Graduate Development Program in Talent Acquisition Specialists. This three-year career acceleration program includes rotations, coaching, and hands-on experience in supporting talent selection. Ideal candidates are recent graduates in Psychology or related fields with a good level of English and teamwork skills. Full-time availability is required, and candidates must be ready to relocate to Pisa, Italy.

Our Graduate Development Program for Talent Acquisition Specialists is a three-year career acceleration program crafted for new graduates who share our passion for growth, technology, talent management, and attraction.

Through job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the business in attracting and selecting the necessary talents to fit the diverse types of positions that may be required in a Software Product Company like ION Group.

Minimum Requirements :

• A bachelor’s or master’s in Psychology and / or Human Resource related subjects.
• Above-average grades.
• You must have obtained your degree in the past year, or be studying for it now.
• A good level of written and spoken English (B2).
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• You must be available to work full-time and be willing to travel.
• You are an Italian resident or planning to relocate to Italy.

Contract and Locations :

Locations : Pisa.
