ION Group offers a Graduate Development Program for Talent Acquisition Specialists that accelerates careers for new graduates passionate about growth and talent management. Participants will gain hands-on experience through rotations and mentoring, while supporting the company in attracting diverse talents for its Software Product divisions. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Psychology or HR, strong teamwork skills, and be fluent in English. The role is full-time based in Pisa, Italy.

Our Graduate Development Program for Talent Acquisition Specialists is a three-year career acceleration program crafted for new graduates who share our passion for growth, technology, talent management, and attraction.

Through job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the business in attracting and selecting the necessary talents to fit the diverse types of positions that may be required in a Software Product Company like ION Group.

Minimum Requirements :

• A bachelor’s or master’s in Psychology and / or Human Resource related subjects.
• You must have obtained your degree in the past year, or be studying for it now.
• A good level of written and spoken English (B2).
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• You must be available to work full-time and be willing to travel.
• You are an Italian resident or planning to relocate to Italy.

Contract and Locations :

Locations : Pisa.
