In view of strengthening our team, we are looking for:

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Aerospace & Defence

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining and analyzing job profiles;
• Active sourcing (internal database, online search engines, social networks);
• Managing and publishing job ads (company website, job boards, social networks);
• Candidate screening (reviewing CVs, phone contacts, organizing applications in the management system);
• Participating in recruiting events (Career Days);
• Participating in candidate selection processes according to company strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities or Scientific fields and has at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter. Proficiency in English, problem-solving skills, time management, stress management, and teamwork, even in international contexts, are required.
