JOB PURPOSE

The position will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for profiles related to Prada Group Industrial Divisions. He/She will be in charge of managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned searches, developing productive relashionships with the APL, handling head hunting activities and building a talent pool aligned with the Prada Group vision. He/She will also participate in the organization and management of the Academy for the Industrial Divisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the recruitment process end to end for the assigned searches: alignment with HRBP and hiring managers, posting of job announcements on selected channels, CV screening, interviews, shortlist presentation, , offer definition, handling feedbacks in all the steps of the process.
  • Effectively search and select candidates aligned with the open positions.
  • Manage sourcing tools, including all processes within ATS (SuccessFactors, Group Careers website, and other digital tools).
  • Collaborate cross-department with other HR teams (HRBP, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to ensure consistency throughout the process.
  • Build strong relationships with APLs to deliver for both permanent and temporary positions.
  • Prepare mappings for strategic positions.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by handling tasks such as uploading documents to digital repositories, handling periodic reports, organizing interviews, collecting and managing feedback from stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Be involved in recruitment innovation processes and manage related projects.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, communicating the brand philosophy and values to effectively support the selection of high-potential and top-level candidates.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and other stakeholders to identify areas to improve and innovate the candidate recruiting experience.
  • Develop relations with Universities and Schools, participating to Career Days and events, for Employer Branding and Recruitment purposes.
  • Participate in the organization and management of the Prada Group Academy, consolidating relationships with APLs and internal stakeholders, taking part in the candidate assessment and recruitment phases, managing the preparation of all necessary documents for the project and the onboarding of the new joiners.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

University degree
3 years of experience in HR and Recruiting functions in the Fashion Luxury Industry
Proficient in digital tools
Excellent communication and relational skills, good analytical skills
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
Work by objectives, detail oriented
Good knowledge of the English language
