Job Title

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role

The candidate will join the "People & Organization" Function, reporting to the Head of "Talent & Administration" team and will work on Talent Acquisition and Development activities.

Primary responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner for our managers to understand the needs and develop recruiting strategies that align with the business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding for all the functions.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to talent map and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Support Training & Developments activities.

Main activities

  • Develop and share insights on the talent landscape to influence recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with Global HR function to promote Cellnex as an employer of choice, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our values.
  • Use recruitment technology and tools (Linkedin Recruiter for example) to optimize hiring processes.
  • Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies and headhunting firms.
  • Collection and clustering of training needs based on seniority and roles.
  • Support co-design of training initiatives and management of classes.
  • Support in all the People & Organizations reporting with focus on training and recruitment figures.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years in Talent Acquisiton roles
  • Degree in economics, humanities or law
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2)
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite

It could be a plus having

  • Master in HR Management or equivalent experience is appreciated
  • Previous experience in a multinational corporation
  • Knowledge of the Success Factor Suite
  • Knowledge of theories and practices regarding organizational development, talent program, training and learning
