As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as the key strategic partner for key stakeholders in the EU region to ensure that company's recruitment of high-calibre talent is in line with the company's business goals.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Develop strong and diverse internal and external talent pipelines for critical skills in the region, through proactive succession pipeline building and ongoing talent relationship management.
  • Partner with the Global TA team to ensure best practice is delivered and participate in agreed strategic TA initiatives
  • Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Track and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment through significant indicators and reporting.
  • Provides insights on recruitment effectiveness to relevant stakeholders. Uses data and analytics to champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any field with at least 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Familiar with headhunting / sourcing across LinkedIn Recruitment and other platform.
  • Prior working experience with recruitment firm / outsourcing firm is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
