Satispay is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to fuel growth by scaling teams across revenue, product, and business functions. You will own the full recruitment cycle, proactively source candidates, and manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining high data quality and leveraging ATS insights.

The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, candidate experience, and employer branding, with a hybrid in-office schedule and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage end-to-end candidate flow in any ATS.
• Knowledge of funnel metrics and time-to-hire analytics.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Fluent English for interviews with native speakers.
• Maintain high data quality in candidate records.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles across teams.
• Build active pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach.
• Manage candidate data and stages in Ashby ATS.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Track funnel metrics and report insights from the ATS.
• Promote employer branding at events and conferences.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout.
