Could you be our next Elemigo? We seek experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring, especially in volume-based, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe. Can you walk the walk?

This is a fast-paced role focused on volume hiring within the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results achieved, particularly any experience in financial services.

Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools for future engagement. Be inventive: Use various sourcing platforms and AI tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. We want to know how you attract frontline sales talent.

Embrace progression: Demonstrate your ability to build large talent pools and maintain excellent communication throughout the candidate journey. Get creative: Develop engaging outreach strategies tailored to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Work with the Head of TA to optimize hiring campaigns.

Take ownership: Manage a large volume of candidates across multiple roles, tracking data via CRM/HRIS/ATS. Drive with data: Be comfortable with metrics, insights, and supporting your colleagues' development.

Add value: Engage effectively with stakeholders, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers in benchmarking talent and achieving hiring goals.

We require proven experience in Financial Services or high-performing sales recruitment as a Talent Acquisition partner with demonstrated results in volume hiring. Positions are mainly 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and multi-client deployment. Remote work is possible, but native/fluent Italian is essential.
