Un'agenzia di reclutamento è alla ricerca di uno specialista di vendita/reclutamento. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in assunzioni ad alto volume nel settore delle vendite e parla fluentemente l'italiano. Il lavoro prevede la leadership di un team e la gestione di pipeline di candidati. I contratti sono a termine di 6 mesi con possibilità di estensione, e offre la possibilità di lavoro remoto.

Competenze

  • Esperienza comprovata in servizi finanziari o reclutamento di vendite di alto livello.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di assunzioni ad alto volume.
  • Capacità di motivare e guidare un team.

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in high-volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Can you?

  • Walk the walk : This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role in the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services.
  • Take charge : Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools for future engagement.
  • Be inventive : Support sourcing efforts across platforms, utilize AI and tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract frontline sales talent.
  • Embrace progression : Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate experience.
  • Get creative : Develop engaging outreach for sales and go-to-market communities, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Collaborate with the Head of TA on campaigns.
  • Take ownership : Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles, tracking data in CRM / HRIS / ATS.
  • Drive with data : Be comfortable with metrics, provide insights, and support colleagues' development.
  • Add real value : Engage stakeholders effectively, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers in benchmarking and messaging.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment as a Talent Acquisition partner with results in volume hiring.

Positions are mostly 6-month+ fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across multiple clients. Remote work is supported. Fluency in Italian is essential. We are transparent about the benefits and support we offer.
