Could you be our next Elemigo?

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in high-volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Can you?

  • Walk the walk: This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role across the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services.
  • Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting future engagement.
  • Be inventive: Use multiple sourcing platforms, AI, and other tools to find and assess talent. Share how you attract frontline sales talent.
  • Embrace progression: Build large talent pools and maintain effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Get creative: Develop engaging outreach strategies tailored to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
  • Take ownership: Manage candidate pipelines across CRM/HRIS/ATS and track sourcing activities.
  • Drive with data: Use metrics to improve sourcing efforts and support team development.
  • Add real value: Engage stakeholders effectively, support hiring managers, and deliver targeted messaging for successful hires.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment, demonstrating results in volume hiring.

Positions are primarily 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extension and opportunities across multiple clients. Remote work is available, but fluency in Italian is essential. We are transparent about the support and benefits of working with us.
