We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in high-volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Are you the right fit?

  • Walk the walk: This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role within the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services.
  • Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting future engagement.
  • Be inventive: Support sourcing efforts across platforms, utilizing AI and tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you've attracted top sales talent.
  • Embrace progression: Demonstrate ability to build large talent pools and maintain excellent candidate communication.
  • Get creative: Develop engaging outreach strategies for sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
  • Take ownership: Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles, tracking data in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Drive with data: Be comfortable measuring your efforts and providing insights to colleagues.
  • Add real value: Engage stakeholders effectively, support hiring managers, and deliver targeted messaging for successful hires.
