We are eager to speak with experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Can you?

  • Walk the walk : This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role across the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services.
  • Take charge : Lead a small team to build talent pools supporting upcoming engagement stages.
  • Be inventive : Support sourcing and engagement across platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract frontline sales talent.
  • Embrace progression : Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate experience.
  • Get creative : Develop outreach strategies relevant to the sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
  • Take ownership : Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles, tracking data in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Drive with data : Be comfortable with metrics, providing insights, and supporting team development.
  • Add real value : Engage stakeholders effectively, support hiring managers, and ensure accurate messaging and hiring outcomes.

We seek proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment, with demonstrated results in volume hiring.

Positions are primarily 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across multiple clients. These roles are remote, but fluency in Italian is essential. We are transparent about the support and benefits of working with us.
