For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for our Commercial Talent across Italy and Spain.

In this role, you will work closely with your business to ensure that we hire the best talent and provide outstanding support and advice to all.

Duration: 1 year

Experience Required :

  • Proven recruitment experience managing high-volume roles, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience working in an international organization, preferably in Healthcare Companies (agency or in-house).
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English; other languages (especially French) are a plus.

We offer a full-time fixed-term contract (12 months) with level and salary based on the candidate's previous experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a top-tier recruitment service for all requirements.
  • Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Write engaging job advertisements.
  • Source candidates through various methods.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and articulate our EVP.
  • Represent our employer brand effectively.
  • Maintain recruitment standards, governance, and compliance.
  • Lead the selection process using various methods, including psychometrics and cognitive assessments.
  • Manage the offer process in line with Total Reward guidelines.
  • Conduct talent mapping and provide external insights to inform resourcing strategies.
  • Support inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
