We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring volume-based, field sales and go-to-market professionals across Europe.

Can you?

  • Walk the walk: This role involves fast-paced, volume hiring across the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services.
  • Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting engagement at the next stage.
  • Be inventive: Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract top sales talent.
  • Embrace progression: Demonstrate ability to build large talent pools and maintain effective communication throughout the candidate journey.
  • Get creative: Develop engaging outreach tailored to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries, working with the Head of TA to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Take ownership: Manage a large candidate pipeline across multiple roles, tracking data in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Drive with data: Be comfortable with metrics, providing insights and supporting team development.
  • Add real value: Engage stakeholders effectively, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers in benchmarking and hiring outcomes.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment as a Talent Acquisition partner with measurable results in volume hiring.
