• Qualifying and addressing needs communicated by hiring managers;
• Conducting pre-selection interviews via phone;
• Following up on the recruitment process;
• Directly approaching candidates and promoting Mantu on job boards & social networks;
• Benchmarking recruitment processes;
• Enhancing our job offer contents;
• We seek key team members to help improve our recruitment process with innovative ideas and concepts.
