Competenze

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing Strategy
  • Employer Brand Activities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and timely communication
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance hiring processes
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (at least 3 years)
  • Nice to have: experience with pharmaceutical/lifescience profiles

Education

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s program in HR will be considered a plus
