- to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts in Europe. The Talent Acquisition Market Lead position is a pivotal role that demands strategic leadership and a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the Europe talent acquisition strategy, aligning with business and HR leadership to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning changes.
- Performance & Analytics: Use data and tools to monitor regional hiring metrics, identify trends, and benchmark against competitors. Drive improvements in time-to-start, quality of hire, and process adherence through partnerships with recruiting teams.
- Proactive Talent Planning: Partner with market leaders to assess future talent needs, inform sourcing strategies, and deliver predictive analytics for planning.
- Process Excellence: Champion process consistency and technology adoption across the TA lifecycle. Educate stakeholders and identify automation opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for regional HR and business leaders. Build relationships with TA COE, DE&I teams, recruitment marketing, and external partners.
- Market Strategy and Partnerships: Evaluate TA maturity across countries, lead optimization initiatives, and manage executive search and vendor relationships.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, preferably in a matrixed or global organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerBI and Excel.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills across stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of market-specific hiring norms, trends, and challenges.
- Ability to influence and lead change, with a focus on continuous improvement.
