    What’s the story?

    Following recent internal progression, we are seeking an experienced retail recruiter to partner with our retail leadership and store teams from a Talent Acquisition perspective. The successful candidate will report to the Senior TA Lead within the wider EMEA HR team (20 members).

    The role

    The TA Lead in our retail division focuses on three main areas:

    1. Store Management Recruitment - Lead end-to-end recruitment for store vacancies.
    2. New Store Recruitment - Manage the recruitment process for retail expansion.
    3. Store Enablement - Empower store management to recruit their own teams.

    As we expand our retail footprint, experience in a growing retail business is advantageous. Your role is to support our business's commercial success by working closely with leadership teams to deliver timely Talent Acquisition solutions aligned with business priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to develop strong talent plans, collaborating with EMEA HR Leadership.
    • Develop talent pools to support internal and external growth.
    • Support and mentor Recruitment Champions in your regions.
    • Assist the Snr TA Lead for Retail and EMEA HR Leadership on projects and process improvements, including performance reporting.
    • Measure recruitment success and improve processes, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
    • Manage partnerships with external agencies to enhance employer branding.
