As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will join Minor Hotels Europe & Americas within the People Department based in Milan. In cooperation with Operations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and carrying out recruitment and onboarding processes in Italy, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company.

What will you do?

  1. Coordinate recruiting processes for hotel and central services profiles, from collecting hiring managers’ needs to conducting interviews and providing shortlists of qualified candidates.
  2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates, recruiting metrics, and your expertise throughout hiring processes.
  3. Proactively engage passive candidates using various recruiting techniques, networking, and employee referrals.
  4. Promote open positions across different channels through innovative approaches.
  5. Collaborate in designing the Annual Talent Attraction Plan.
  6. Lead the final stage of recruitment, including making offers to finalists and negotiating terms.
  7. Establish relationships with schools and universities and participate in Employer Branding events to attract young talents and promote our Group’s culture.
  8. Foster an exceptional candidate experience.
  9. Actively collaborate on various HR projects.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment, including CV screening, interviewing, and preparing candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Headhunting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience representing the company at recruitment events and talent fairs is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for business insights and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to create, measure, and optimize workflows between candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
