We are looking for driven team members who want to join us on our mission to lead cloud security globally. Does this sound like the right place for you?

Reporting into the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will help ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, while also supporting important talent operations and reporting functions.

What you will do
  • Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience: You will support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Teams by handling candidates interview scheduling needs, keeping team members informed and updated through the process.
  • Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Management: You will assist with ongoing data audits, recruiting reports and system updates; you will create new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise.
  • Offer Letter Drafting & Onboarding Support: You will draft offer letters, including university agreements and other related administrative tasks. You will oversee the onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports.
  • Process Improvement & Special TA Projects: You will prepare talent-focused data analytics reports. You will participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects.
What you will bring with you
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent/HR Coordination, HR Administration, or Recruiting Operations.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track main recruiting metrics.
  • You are always looking for ways to improve processes.
What we look for
  • You are passionate about talent operations, data, and process optimization.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (like Lever).
  • Fluency in English is necessary, as the role requires communication and tasks to be carried out in English.
