Sales Line , headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting a Talent Acquisition Consultant working 90% remotely .

Build your career by acquiring skills in candidate evaluation through our 4 quadrants model that measures hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and achievement.

You will follow the entire selection process for over 140 SMEs and multinational clients.

Required Qualifications :

• Good knowledge of English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in humanities
• 1 to 6 years of experience, preferably in consulting roles

This is a competency-based selection process conducted through a 3-phase assessment :

• CV analysis
• EQ test with our assessor
• Motivation test and motivational interview

Work Location :

90% remote work - Milan office 2 times a month.
