The job position is primarily responsible for material planning and timely provision of material for customers and compliance with delivery dates.

Responsibilities:

Operation buying according to current customer requirements
Operative management of goods deliveries
Compliance with statutory KPIs
Parts master data management
Communication with suppliers and ensuring transport, optimization of warehouse stocks
Cooperation with other members of the Market structure, Logistics, Procurement, Production, IE, etc.

Position requirements:

Secondary school education
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company and min. 1 year of experience in the position of material planning/tactical/operational procurement
Demonstrable user knowledge of MS Office - EXCEL
Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP a big advantage)
Knowledge of German on a communicative level (English advantage)
Responsibility, diligence, proactive approach, team player
Communicative and analytical skills
Logical thinking
