T3 Projects Lead

About the Job

Our Team / Overview

Lead the assigned T3 Engineering Projects, including scope and budget definition, implementation plan, BC/SPE preparation/approval, Change Control management, construction/execution, release to operation, and reporting. Ensure stakeholder involvement, adherence to Standards/Guidelines, and compliance with applicable Regulations.

Main Accountabilities

1. Provide capital project studies input, including leading each stage gate review and supporting site and M&S decision-making processes.
2. Manage end-to-end capital project delivery for assigned projects, including initiation, design, execution, C&Q, handover, and close-out.
3. Ensure compliance with all mandatory Sanofi standards, local regulations, and policies including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations.
4. Promote a safety-first, quality always culture throughout the project by implementing SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working.
5. Define staffing requirements for all engineering project resources and align with cross-functional workforce planning.
6. Lead sourcing activities and manage third-party contractors and suppliers.
