We are looking for the TEST & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERING MANAGER.

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the person will lead the T&C Engineering team managing its strategy, activities and installation delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Agree and implement with the Field Operations Manager and the peer Team Leaders the department guidelines and targets;
• Develop and maintain domain competences, coaching the team and managing their professional growth;
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines providing support to team project execution;
• Promote Alstom values to the team;
• Define and govern own group’s strategy with stakeholders;
• Collect REX from execution and innovation opportunities to feed Reference Library where applicable and share outcomes at department level;
• Estimate / Validate activities quotations for tenders and projects;
• Manage adequacy between estimated workload and capacity, considering subcontracting & business strategies, report status and issues to Field Operations Manager.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Test & Commissioning and/or Installation background;
• Experience in project execution and management;
• Specific hands-on experience in its own Métier/Domain;
• Experience in performance/processes & governance/workload/planning management or related field;
• Understanding of Data Analysis and performance reporting;
• Attitude to work in multicultural and international environments;
• Communication and leadership skills;
• Open-minded, motivated and results driven;
• Desirable a previous experience as Team Leader.

Job location: we can hire in our sites in Bologna, Florence, Rome, and Bari.
