Nicma Informatica Srl in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a System Administrator/IT Operations professional reporting to the Area Manager to manage migrations, cloud services, networks, and datacenters. You will configure and maintain Linux/Windows servers, network devices (Firewalls, switches, APs), and cybersecurity measures to support customer intranet infrastructures.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of Sophos, VMware, O365, SQL, Cognos, cloud management, and strong problem-solving and teamwork

Competenze

• Knowledge of Sophos, VMware, O365, SQL, Cognos products is appreciated.
• Knowledge, even basic, of network protocols and networking (TCP, VLAN, ETC...)
• Knowledge of Cloud Management
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent interpersonal and customer management skills

The resource, reporting directly to the Area Manager, will be responsible for:

• Migrations
• Management of external clouds
• Manage private and corporate networks (LAN, VPN, VLAN, networking)
• Configure, manage and update Linux and Windows servers
• Configure networking devices (Firewall preferably SOPHOS, switches, access points, etc.)
• Manage the cybersecurity and datacenter (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Manage customer intranet infrastructures

Requirements:
