Alstom in Italy seeks a testing and project efficiency lead to apply standard processes, develop reusable test patterns, and promote continuous improvement within the TDS organization. You will manage resources, workloads and subcontracting, aligning with Sourcing and Site CV Manager, while tracking KPIs and project QCD to drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Applying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools to ensure domain efficiency within projects development.
• Defining, developing and sharing reusable “test patterns” depending on the TDS organization.
• Promoting continuous improvement initiatives in the team depending on the TDS organization.
• Managing the traceability and configuration of tools used by the team depending on the TDS organization.
• Assigning the resources (staff, …) for executing projects testing activities.
• Managing the workload, including the subcontracted part (technical assistance or work‑package) depending on the TDS organization.
• Contributing to the subcontracting strategy in liaison with Sourcing.
• Evaluating performance and setting objectives for the team.
• Defining the training plan appropriate to the team’s needs and Alstom strategy.
• Proposing to the Site CV Manager the investments necessary to ensure deliveries on projects conducted by the Site.
• Managing scope by using regularly updated KPIs related to the domain.
• Keeping informed of the QCD of projects the team contributes to, in order to propose improvements if necessary.
• Initiating and following up action plans to solve issues common across projects and/or improve results in projects.
