Overview

Job Title: ICT Technician

Donatella Versace remains the Chief Brand Ambassador for Versace since April 1st, 2025.

With a view to strengthening the IT department, reporting directly to the Global IT Infrastructure, Data & Technology Manager, as IT Integration Specialist you will lead and coordinate the implementation of system integrations across business units. You will manage integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless data flow, and support ongoing system improvements. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing IT integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of system and application integration projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data and process integration.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including best practice and configuration.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet contract terms and deliverables.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure continuous performance and data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and company policies.
• Experience with integration platforms such as WebMethods or MuleSoft, familiarity with API-led integration and microservices architecture, and knowledge of data transformation formats like XML and JSON.
