Job Description: System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a System Integration Specialist for an industrial company with an electronic/IT product. The role involves supporting the Project Engineering team and collaborating across various technical teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Project Engineering team in preparing the System Requirement Specification.
2. Gather project requirements, analyze, and adapt product solutions in-house or from external suppliers, interfacing with Hardware, Software, and Project Engineering teams.
3. Design architectures and services, analyzing and optimizing interactions between subsystems.
4. Design and configure products, supporting the Configuration Manager in preparing the project baseline.
5. Draft and verify system Technical Descriptions, Functional Requirement Specifications, and Interface Specifications.
6. Participate in Design Reviews with clients as a System Specialist, with potential international travel (Europe/USA).
7. Collaborate with the V&V team for system and subsystem verification and validation.
8. Interface with Field Engineering and technical support teams for system management and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related STEM disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in System Integration.
• Basic knowledge of main network protocols (LAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, RSTP, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and secure protocols.
• Basic system knowledge of at least one GNU/Linux operating system.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Sensitivity to customer issues and good interpersonal skills.
• Independence, problem-solving ability, decision-making skills, and responsibility.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English skills (B1/B2 level).
