As a member of the team, you will support the HSE department in creating and maintaining an effective HSE System that enables the relevant Business Unit to achieve strategic targets such as:

• Eliminating conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI)
• Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, and Environmental Compliance
• Decarbonizing our Operations

You will report to the Business Unit HSE Director and collaborate daily with Plant/Company HSE Leads and Operational Leads to monitor the implementation of the current HSE System and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include analyzing HSE leading and lagging data, identifying trends and systemic issues, and proposing corrective actions through teamwork.

Partnering with Procurement & Logistics, Facility, and Maintenance teams, you will ensure proper HSE evaluations are conducted before new investments or partnerships are approved.

You will oversee HSE Risk Assessment and Management processes, working with HSE leadership to identify areas for improvement and ensuring these are addressed through continuous improvement initiatives.

You will support the development and implementation of HSE training programs for over 5,000 employees.

Part of your role involves visiting company plants/sites to verify HSE system implementation and gather insights, as well as supporting periodic HSE performance reviews.

• Have significant experience in HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry
• Possess knowledge of HSE management systems, local HSE regulations, and international standards
• Hold RSPP or ASPP qualification
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be available to travel as needed
• Be fluent in Italian and English
• Exhibit teamwork, mediation, relationship-building, and influencing skills
