Responsibilities:

• Ticket collection and troubleshooting issues;
• Performing root cause analysis starting from the product;
• Estimating resolution times and coordinating with Project Managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of DOORS, Office, Polarion, Vector CANalyzer is preferred.
