We are strengthening our infrastructure unit and seeking talented professionals passionate about growth and technological evolution, eager to develop their careers within our hybrid multicloud and Kubernetes system engineering team. Selected candidates will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve technological and business goals.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and deliver capabilities in fully automated hybrid platforms.
• Support the deployment of scalable IaaS and PaaS platforms for stateless and stateful workloads (Kubernetes and serverless) within a hybrid cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with Risk, Information Security, and compliance teams to ensure visibility, enterprise controls, policies, standards, and industry best practices are implemented.
• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms, providing escalation support to Operations as needed.

Other duties may be assigned as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork aptitude, and customer orientation.
