System Engineer

The Systems Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to sales teams and customers. This includes product demonstrations, presentations, PoC, Response to tenders, and technical support during the sales process. The Presales Engineer will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.

What You Will Do

1. Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to sales teams and customers.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Conduct product Proof of Concept and Value.
4. Respond to technical questions and requests for information from customers, and respond to RFPs, RFTs, RFQs, etc.
5. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions meeting those needs.
6. Provide technical support during the sales process.
7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers.
8. Work with product management and development teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
9. Stay current on industry trends and developments and provide feedback to product management and development teams.
10. Provide training and support to customers on the use of the Forescout platform.

What You Will Bring

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a SE/Presales or technical support role.
3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, and VPNs.
4. A strong understanding of IEEE 802.1x and RADIUS is a must.
5. Experience with Forescout or similar network security solutions is a plus.
6. Strong presentation and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
