TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer.

Who are we looking for?

The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining IT infrastructures and systems for external clients. They will support internal clients in managing workstations and assist internal development teams in the release of developed applications.

Reporting to the Tech Lead of the Infra Team, they will contribute to defining architectures and infrastructure solutions to be proposed to clients. Occasionally, the role may require on-site visits to clients.

The ideal candidate, in addition to mastering the technologies listed below, should:

1. Be able to manage tasks independently;
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles;
3. Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
4. Be team-oriented;
5. Handle priorities autonomously;
6. Have a good understanding of technical English.

Technical Skills

Networking & Security:

1. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
2. Configuration and management of firewalls
3. Experience in network administration and VLAN/VPN management

Operating Systems & Directory Services:

1. Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
2. Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Hybrid Identity
3. Configuration and management of DHCP, DNS, and Certification Authority

Services:

1. Experience with Linux operating systems

Cloud & Virtualization:

1. Microsoft Azure, cloud and hybrid cloud resource management
2. Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
3. Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi
4. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes - optional but appreciated)

Storage & Backup:

1. Experience with storage systems
2. Backup and disaster recovery solutions

Database:

1. SQL Server Administration

Plus (Nice-to-have but not mandatory):

1. Knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
2. Experience with IT monitoring

Required Education:

Diploma/Degree in IT-related fields
