The ART Group, acronym of Advance Research Technology, is a company strongly oriented to Research and Development and Innovation; realizes projects and products of excellence in high-performance electronics in the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors. In the last 20 years, it has evolved from the development of telemetry systems for F1 to infotainment systems, parking systems, and connected telemetry, addressing the "Luxury Car" segment.

Responsibilities :

1. Analysis and management of technical specifications for automotive Electronic Control Units.
2. Interactions with customers to clearly define all expected system functionalities and interfaces.
3. Definition and writing of system requirements according to predefined quality criteria.
4. Definition of electronic system architecture in collaboration with design areas.
5. Interaction with project stakeholders to review and discuss technical requirements during the product development phases.
6. Impact evaluation of requirements modification according to Change Management process.
7. Tracking and monitoring all requirement modifications within technical specifications.
8. Supporting the validation team during bench testing phases and vehicle testing phases.
9. Ensuring the release of project deliverables in compliance with quality, timing, and budget constraints.

Needed knowledges :

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Senior experience designing systems for automotive platforms/projects at both hardware and software levels.
• Experience with communication protocols: CAN, TCP/IP, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Experience with automotive links and interfaces: video (GMSL2/3, FPD-Link 3/4), audio (A2B, etc.).
• Experience in automotive product development process and quality.

Nice to haves :

• Experience with SysML / System Modelling tools or equivalent workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence (User knowledge).
• Skill and capability to write detailed requirement specifications.
