Competenze

• Master in Ingegneria richiesto.
• Esperienza senior nella progettazione di sistemi per progetti automobilistici.
• Capacità di scrivere specifiche dettagliate dei requisiti.

Mansioni

• Analisi e gestione delle specifiche tecniche per le Unità di Controllo Elettroniche automobilistiche.
• Definizione e stesura dei requisiti di sistema in base a criteri di qualità prestabiliti.
• Supporto alla squadra di validazione durante le fasi di testing in laboratorio e veicolo.

The ART Group, acronym of Advance Research Technology, is a company strongly oriented to Research and Development and Innovation; realizes projects and products of excellence in high-performance electronics in the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors.

In the last 20 years it has evolved from the development of telemetry systems for F1 to infotainment systems, parking systems and connected telemetry, addressing the "Luxury Car" segment.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and management of technical specifications for automotive Electronic Control Units.
• Interactions with customers to clearly define all expected system functionalities and interfaces.
• Definition and writing of system requirements according to predefined quality criteria.
• Definition of electronic system architecture in collaboration with design areas.
• Interaction with project stakeholders to review and discuss technical requirements during the product development phases.
• Impact evaluation of requirements modification according to Change Management process.
• Tracking and monitoring all requirement modifications within technical specifications.
• Supporting the validation team during bench testing phases and during vehicle testing phases.
• Ensuring the release of project deliverables in compliance with quality, timing and budget constraints.

Needed knowledges:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• Senior Experience designing systems for automotive platforms/projects at both HW and SW levels
• Experience with communication protocols: CAN, TCP/IP, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, etc…
• Experience with automotive links and interfaces: video (GMSL2/3, FPD-Link 3/4), audio (A2B, etc)
• Experience on Automotive product development process and quality

Nice to haves:

• Experience with SysML / System Modelling tools or equivalent workflows
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence (User knowledge)
• Skill and capability to be able to write requirement detail specification
