The ideal candidate will administer and optimize Active Directory (AD) environments, ensuring reliability and security. Key responsibilities include managing Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP configurations, troubleshooting AD issues, and implementing security policies.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Administer and support the Active Directory infrastructure, including user account management, group policies, and organizational units.
2. Implement and manage security policies, including access controls, permissions, and auditing.
3. Troubleshoot Active Directory issues such as replication problems, authentication failures, and DNS-related issues.
4. Implement and enforce security best practices for AD, including user authentication, access controls, and group policies.
5. Support and manage Microsoft networking technologies, including Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
6. Administer virtual infrastructure VMWare 8, Dell, and HP storage.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements :

• In-depth knowledge of managing and supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Experience with identity management, directory services, and security best practices.
• Experience with VMWare 8, Dell, and HP storage.
• Basic knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication and Linux.
• Basic knowledge of one monitoring system, preferably Zabbix.
• Knowledge of VLAN and firewalls for support at the network team.
• Excellent skills in researching and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent team collaboration skills with IT and non-IT personnel.
• Self-motivated to take ownership of projects and tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple tasks, projects, and customer requirements.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Group Policy, Storage systems, and Backup tools.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
