Reporting to the Customer Support Team lead, the Switch Application & Scripting Expert is responsible for offering advanced Enfocus Switch support and Node.JS scripting analysis for customers and partners worldwide, while also coordinating pre-release activities. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in Europe.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Providing advanced Switch application support to partners and customers, including scripting analysis and recommendations.
2. Participating actively in pre-release programs, including communication, coordination, and customer feedback evaluation.
3. Investigating and reproducing escalated reported bugs and issues to identify their causes, and collaborating with Support and R&D to streamline resolution.
4. Debugging customer and app creator Node.JS scripts with solution architects and R&D to propose best practices and fixes.
5. Defining training needs for internal teams such as R&D and aftercare.
6. Providing advanced application and solution knowledge to R&D teams, product owners, and product managers.
7. Proactively following up on product developments to ensure consistency and interoperability.
8. Maintaining service documentation, including the Knowledge Base.
9. Assisting worldwide Service teams with escalations.

The essential requirements for this role include:

• Expert knowledge of Switch and Enfocus products.
• Proficiency in Node.JS scripting is mandatory.
• Experience in training, support, QA, or solution integrations.
• Good analytical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of printing processes and operations is a plus.
