We are looking for a professional who can manage the entire lifecycle of tickets, incidents, problems and changes with particular attention to the Microsoft ecosystem.
The main objectives are :
- Manage end-to-end ticketing, incident management, problem solving and change control in Microsoft environments;
- Continuously monitor and optimize IT infrastructure, performing timely interventions on Microsoft On-prem and Cloud components (e.g. Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365);
- Advanced administration and support for Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender);
- Support the integration between on-prem and cloud environments in hybrid scenarios (AD Connect, ADFS, etc.);
- Collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders to effectively resolve incidents and implement preventive solutions;
- Analyze recurring problems and define corrective actions;
- Contribute to the improvement of operational processes according to best practices ITIL;
- Participate in change management activities, evaluating technical impacts and ensuring alignment with security and business continuity policies;
Required Skills and Qualifications
Becoming familiar with :
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022), including installation, configuration, hardening and lifecycle management;
- Advanced Active Directory management : OU, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, replica and identity management;
- Capability to operate in hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, ADFS, identity synchronization);
- Consolidated experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite :
- Exchange Online (mailbox management, policies, email workflows);
- Microsoft Teams (configuration, permissions, governance);
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive (document management, permissions, access);
- Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and compliance;
- Microsoft Defender for 365 (email protection, DLP, antiphishing);
- Troubleshooting and tuning skills on cloud services in critical environments;
- Management of virtualized environments with Hyper-V and / or VMware vSphere : VM provisioning, snapshot, template, clustering;
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools (e.g. Microsoft System Center, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix or equivalents);
- Expertise in Microsoft cybersecurity : endpoint protection, hardening, MFA, conditional access, audit and log;
- Experience in patch and security update management, focusing on highly regulated contexts (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, healthcare regulations);
- Familiarity with ITIL processes : Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management ;
- Experience with ticketing and ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy);
- Ability to manage infrastructure changes according to Change Management procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring business continuity;
