Beasy4BIZ Group operates internationally in the new technologies sector, offering innovative software development solutions. We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer Developer, preferably with significant experience in the role, to expand our project team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Defining the architecture of new interfaces with storyboards, wireframes, and flow diagrams.
2. Analyzing and planning user journeys for web and mobile products to meet business needs.
3. Designing interfaces that maximize performance and KPI effectiveness.

Required Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in UX/UI design software.
• Experience with project management tools for collaboration (tracking activities and documentation).
• Knowledge of User Research methods.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Seniority Level: Middle / Senior

Nice to Have: Knowledge of Adobe XD

Additional Qualities: Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, passion for work and IT.
