We are Mastro HR, a startup HR-Tech founded by two repeat founders with a clear vision:

to liberate recruiters from busywork

and make the selection process intelligent, fast, and objective through AI. We already have clients, revenue, market validation, and a working MVP. Now, we aim to scale, optimize the code, integrate new features, and build a solid foundation for go-to-market.

What we are building

An AI Hiring Platform that automates:

• Analysis of the company context
• Creation of job descriptions
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Automated tests and scoring
• Final validation with human experts

Who we are looking for

We seek a smart, autonomous, and fast individual who can build, test, and improve. Someone eager to get involved in a real startup where work impacts.

Technical skills required:

• Node.js
