EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking an R&D Engineer II, Electrical Engineer, to sustain and improve our implanted and external medical device platforms in Milano.

You will tackle troubleshooting, component lifecycle management, and reliability improvements across hardware and software updates. The role emphasizes resolving field and manufacturing issues and maintaining design control documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related role

Mansioni

• Investigate and resolve electrical, electronic, and system-level issues in released products; work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
• Assess obsolescence and qualify alternative components to maintain reliability and supply.
• Develop design/process/material/test changes to improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, service.
• Design/test system hardware upgrades: instrumentation, fixtures, DAQ, interfaces.
• Maintain documentation, including drawings, tests, traceability, and change records.
• Perform other duties as assigned
