Descrizione del lavoro

Part-Time Opportunity: SDG Innovation Coordinator / Designer / Catalyst

Location: Tier-1 Italian Cities – Remote

Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with potential to extend)

Start Date: August / December 2025

Company: Hubbers – From Dreams to Impact

About Hubbers

Hubbers is a global innovation ecosystem where creators, experts, and dreamers come together to shape sustainable futures. From AI-powered SaaS tools to purpose-led communities, events, and collaborative brands, our work is deeply rooted in the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We believe real change happens when communities become the driving force behind innovation. At Hubbers, we don’t just hire — we co-create.

About the Role

We’re looking for part-time collaborators ready to apply human-centered design thinking to real-world challenges. As an SDG Innovation Coordinator, you'll help uncover deep user insights, reframe problems, and prototype impactful solutions that serve both people and the planet. This role is part of a larger vision: building a decentralized, community-powered ecosystem aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, including digital products, AI tools, and collaborative brands operated via a DAO model.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and regenerative innovation, helping shape tools, brands, and processes that power this new economy. Many collaborators start with exploring our culture, tools, and community practices, often beginning with foundational programs at IGS – the Impact Generator School – to build a solid base for purpose-driven work. Experience is a plus, but openness to learn, adapt, and grow is what truly matters.

What You’ll Do
  1. Contribute to the development of in-house collaborative brands and community projects
  2. Manage or lead design contests — crowdsourcing ideas for innovative products
  3. Lead corporate innovation projects — from understanding client needs to delivering outcomes
  4. Support brand storytelling, product design, and creative strategy
  5. Collaborate with teams to translate insights into SDG-aligned interventions
  6. Apply design thinking to research, ideation, prototyping, and testing

The role offers room to evolve based on your goals and contributions. It may start with foundational programs to build alignment and shared vision, leading to impactful, long-term collaborations.

Who You Are
  • A natural problem solver with creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Curious, open-minded, and passionate about sustainability
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration
  • Collaborative and interdisciplinary in approach
  • Familiar with tools like Figma, Miro, Canva, Slack, or willing to learn
  • Fluent in English — and ideally another language
Why Hubbers?
  • Be part of a global, inclusive innovation movement
  • Access practical learning, tools, and networks
  • Help shape community-led brands
  • Collaborate with an international team of creatives and changemakers
  • Participate in projects and programs designed for long-term growth

This isn’t just a typical part-time job — it’s an evolving journey driven by shared purpose and meaningful impact. The deeper your alignment, the greater the opportunities. If you’re here to co-create rather than just contribute hours, we’re excited to build something extraordinary together. Join Hubbers — From Dreams to Impact.
