Role Overview

Seeking a Community & Event Management Part-Timer to activate local ecosystems, connect with changemakers, and foster collaborations through events and content.

Responsibilities include :

• Activating and growing communities focused on sustainability and innovation
• Organizing online and in-person events
• Building relationships with speakers and local innovators
• Creating content to promote our mission

What You’ll Be Doing

• Onboarding into Hubbers' community and event strategies
• Planning and executing community events
• Collaborating with speakers and sponsors
• Facilitating conversations for collaboration
• Reporting impact and engagement
• Listening to feedback and acting on it
• Training may be offered to ensure fit for the role.

Who You Are

You’re passionate about building movements and connecting people. You have experience or motivation in community building, event organization, or content creation. You care about sustainability and collaboration. Fluency in Italian and English is required. You are organized, resourceful, and proficient with tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media. Curious, adaptable, and proactive in turning ideas into action.
