Location: Tier-1 Italian cities (ideally Milan, Rome, Turin) – Remote

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community & Event Management Part-Time to help us activate ecosystems, connect changemakers, and bring the Hubbers spirit to life in your local network. This is more than a job; it’s a starting point. You’ll be a connector, a culture-builder, and a voice of collaboration—both online and in real-world spaces.

1. Grow and engage diverse communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
2. Organize meaningful, high-energy events (in-person and online)
3. Connect with speakers, partners, and local thought leaders
4. Support our mission through authentic content and local storytelling

Your Mission

Dive into an onboarding journey to understand our community and event framework. Design and deliver events that resonate with local needs and global vision. Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and ecosystem builders. Share stories and moments from your community that inspire. Foster conversations that lead to action and real-world collaboration. Track engagement and gather insights to refine your strategy. Translate local feedback into fresh ideas for the Hubbers community.

Note: You may be provided access to training or resources to help you grow into the role fully.

Who You Are

• You’re passionate about people and love building authentic connections
• You’ve done community building or event organizing—or you're eager to learn
• You care about sustainability, innovation, and real impact
• You're fluent in Italian and English
• You're organized, tech-friendly, and resourceful with tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and socials
• You're curious, adaptable, and not afraid to try new things
• You turn ideas into actions and challenges into opportunities

Compensation

5 to 10 hours per week, hourly pay based on experience, additional benefits tied to results, with potential for long-term growth in Hubbers.
