Role Overview

We are looking for a Community & Event Management Part-Timer ready to ignite local ecosystems and bring our global vision to life. You’ll serve as a key connector between our platform and your city’s changemakers—sparking collaborations, bringing people together, and powering purposeful engagement.

As a core part of our Community and Events team, you will:

  • Activate and grow vibrant communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
  • Organize high-impact, human-centered events (online & in-person) that energize and connect
  • Build bridges with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators
  • Craft meaningful content to share our mission and catalyze engagement

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Start with an onboarding journey into Hubbers' community dynamics and event strategy
  • Plan, promote, and execute community-centric events that resonate with local audiences
  • Co-create with speakers, sponsors, and partners to maximize event value
  • Facilitate conversations and exchanges that lead to collaboration
  • Produce engaging content (posts, visuals, stories) to showcase community voices and values
  • Report on impact, engagement, and insights to improve future activations
  • Listen to your local network and translate feedback into action

  • You have experience (or strong motivation) in community building, event organization, or content creation
  • You care deeply about sustainability, collaboration, and driving real change
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media
  • Curious, adaptable, and always ready to learn
  • You see challenges as opportunities, and you turn ideas into action
